Vanessa serves as Legal Counsel at Primo Capital, where she manages legal and corporate affairs while providing cross-departmental support on compliance and regulatory matters.

She brings over 20 years of experience to the firm, having previously served as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs for several listed and regulated entities. Her expertise focuses on the legal frameworks governing financial institutions and the corporate governance requirements of investment vehicles.

Vanessa holds a law degree from the University of Milan and is admitted to the Bar at the Milan Court of Appeal.

Outside of the office she is a passionate traveler. She loves exploring new cultures and places around the world.
