Susanna is an Investment Associate at our strategy dedicated to climate tech investments. She follows the entire investment lifecycle, from scouting to exit, passing through portfolio management.

Her career began at an impact-focused venture capital firm in Brussels, where she managed investments in startups addressing environmental and social challenges, before moving to an impact accelerator in Milan. Previously, she served as Head of Impact and Investment Associate at Oltre Impact. In this role, she led due diligence processes and technical analysis of the social and environmental performance of portfolio companies. She also managed all firm-wide compliance and reporting frameworks related to SFDR regulations.

Her technical background is based on a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, specializing in Sustainable Operation Management. Her academic research focused on impact investing, providing a foundation for her expertise in evaluating investments through the simultaneous lenses of environmental, social, and economic viability.

Outside the office, you can either find her testing olive oil, tomatoes, or cheese from local producers or playing beach volley, mostly because she has an obsession with sand.
