Michele joined Primo Capital in 2025 to oversee fund accounting, analysis, and monitoring, reporting directly to the CFO.

In this capacity, he ensures the accuracy of accounting management and statutory reporting, including half-yearly and year-end financial statements and management reports, while providing operational support to the investment teams and Fund Administration.

Prior to joining the firm, Michele gained three years of experience in a major Italian asset management company as a financial controller. His professional background also includes roles at Vittoria Assicurazioni and within the Audit division at Deloitte.

Michele holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli and a Master’s degree in Financial Intermediary Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Outside the office, Michele is a loyal AC Milan supporter and a cinema buff with a passion for Tarantino films, thrillers, and all things movie-related.
