Giusy acts as a General Partner of our strategy dedicated to climate tech. She oversees the full investment cycle and contributes to the definition of Primo Climate's investment theses.

Giusy is a professional with over a decade of experience in the venture capital sector. Her expertise focuses on early-stage investments across diverse industries, including fashion tech, sustainability, healthcare, and digital, where she has held senior leadership roles as CEO and Venture Partner. Her background extends beyond direct investment to the strategic development of innovation ecosystems. She spent over two years within the Innovation team at Intesa Sanpaolo, facilitating partnerships between startups and large corporations. Additionally, she has served as a consultant for the creation of entrepreneurial ecosystems in the Middle East, applying her international know-how to foster regional innovation. She is also an expert evaluator for the EU H2020 SME Instrument program, contributing to the selection of high-impact innovative projects at a European level.

Giusy holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino and a PhD in International Entrepreneurship. Her research background includes a tenure at the Kauffman Foundation in the United States, where she specialized in global innovation trends.
