Emiliano serves as the General Partner of our Primo Health fund, supporting the consolidation and scaling of Italian SMEs in the pharma, medical devices, services providers and animal health segments.

His background combines institutional private equity experience with operational insight, focusing on scaling companies within complex environments.

He began his career at Credit Suisse in London before transitioning to the industrial sector, gaining hands-on operational experience within a family-led industrial machinery firm. In 2006, he joined the Pan-European fund Argos Wityu, where he rose to the position of Senior Investment Manager. During his tenure, he was responsible for the execution and governance of high-profile acquisitions, serving on the boards of companies such as Bellco, Business Integration Partners, F2A, and Fabbri Vignola. Emiliano held the role of Senior Manager at Green Arrow SGR and operated as a strategic M&A consultant for leading private equity firms.

He holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University and a diploma as an Independent Director from INSEAD, a combination that supports his focus on rigorous governance and the systemic growth of the European healthcare sector.
