Elisa is a member of the investment team focusing on our digital strategy. She oversees and contributes to the identification and growth of companies with high technological potential active in the fintech, cybersecurity, quantum and digital commerce segments.

She brings over 11 years of experience in the venture capital sector, starting her career at dPixel before moving to London to serve as COO of the Startupbootcamp Insurtech accelerator. She has held the position of Investment Manager at Italian Angels for Growth and served as Investment and Portfolio Manager at Startupbootcamp Global, where she managed processes for a network of over 900 startups. Subsequently, she was the Program Manager for Startupbootcamp Italiantech. She served as Senior Investment Manager for the Accelerator Fund at CDP Venture Capital SGR, where she contributed to the launch of 18 vertical acceleration programs and directly managed investments in over 80 startups.

Her technical and economic background includes a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and a Master of Science in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Bocconi University.
