Eleonora serves as an Investment Analyst within our digital strategy. In this capacity, she supports the team across all phases of the investment lifecycle, from initial scouting to the ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies, passing through technical and financial due diligence.

After graduating in Economics and Finance at Bocconi University, Eleonora spent two years in strategic consulting for growth-stage companies, specializing in market sizing, financial modeling, and commercial due diligence. She is focused on delivering functional analysis and taking direct ownership of complex workstreams. Her approach bridges the gap between structured technical evaluation and the creative thinking necessary to identify emerging technological shifts. Within the Digital Team, she identifies and help scale solutions across the European innovation ecosystem. As a strategic role to portfolio startups, she provides hands-on guidance to make teams exceed operational benchmarks.

Driven by a desire for long-lasting impact, Eleonora is a mental health advocate, an off-the-beaten-path traveler and finds balance in gardening and reading.
