Antonio Mercuri serves as CFO at Primo Capital, where he oversees the firm’s financial infrastructure and regulatory compliance.

His mandate includes coordinating the administrative, accounting, and tax obligations of the AIFM and Funds under management, ensuring full alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements. He is responsible for the management of general accounting and the preparation of statutory financial statements and supervisory reports for the Bank of Italy and Consob. Additionally, he manages relations with fund outsourcers, including the Custodian Bank and Fund Administrator.

Prior to his appointment as CFO, Antonio served as an Analyst at dPixel S.r.l. and as an administrative assistant at InBetween SGR S.p.A.

He holds a degree in Management Engineering from LIUC University.

Father of two girls, he is also passionate about American literature, soccer and is a Bruce Springsteen fan.
