As an investment analyst at Primo Capital, Andrea focuses on our healthcare strategy.

His work involves the evaluation of private equity opportunities and the management of the investment funnel within the pharma, medical devices, healthcare services and animal health sectors.

His previous experience includes roles at Lyra Partners and La Compagnia Holding Merchant Bank, where he developed expertise in M&A transactions as well as equity and debt capital raising initiatives across several industrial markets. Additionally, he served at Grant Thornton, conducting financial due diligence for private equity funds and multinational corporations involved in complex acquisitions. Andrea began his career with an internship at Deloitte within the Finance Transformation division, focusing on technical valuations.

He holds a Master degree in Management and Finance from Bocconi University and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Trieste.

When he's not analyzing investments, you'll find Andrea staying active at the gym or shooting hoops on the basketball court. You’ll also never catch him without his AirPods in—music is a constant, even if he refuses to pick a favorite genre.
