Startupitalia approved a new Eur 7.3m capital increase.

New investors will subscribe a total of Eur 4m (CDP Venture Capital will invest Eur 3m, Fondazione di Sardegna will invest Eur 400k, P101 SGR and Primo Ventures will invest Eur 250k each). The remaining Eur 3.3m are open to existing shareholders.
